Lead and oversee the execution, supervision, and coordination of all Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems within assigned projects. Ensure technical compliance, quality, and timely delivery of works while guiding site engineers, subcontractors, and specialist vendors. Provide technical leadership, resolve site issues, and support project management in delivering ELV systems to client satisfaction.

Corporate

• Follow and maintain Company standards of Quality in accordance with Company Quality System requirements.
• Provide inputs to Human Resources on succession planning, employee career growth, and organizational structure.
• Direct the development of KSA national employees across the function to support corporate objectives, Saudization targets, and lead knowledge sharing to strengthen internal capabilities.
• Manage and conduct the affairs of the function with the highest standards of respect, integrity, accountability, agility, quality, safety, and corporate governance.
• Ensure compliance with the Code of Ethics policy and promote company values across all function’s employees, providing leadership to reinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices.
• Enhance adoption and utilization of systems and ERP.
• Identify and track KPIs for the ELV team and devise improvement initiatives.
• Reporting to Senior management when needed.
• Strive to streamline and refine policies, operational business processes, systems, and procedures.

Functional

• Plan, supervise, and coordinate site installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems including but not limited to (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control, BMS, Structured Cabling, Public Address, IPTV, Intercom, etc.).
• Lead and manage ELV engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Review and consult shop drawings, technical submittals, and method statements prior to consultant/client submission.
• Communicate and coordinate with the consultant, subcontractor, and internal project management team.
• Act as the focal point with consultants, clients, and other disciplines for ELV-related issues, clarifications, and coordination.
• Monitor site progress, prepare detailed reports, and provide updates to project management.
• Ensure quality control and participate in inspections with consultants/clients to secure approvals.
• Oversee scheduling and resource allocation of manpower, materials, and equipment for ELV works.
• Resolve technical and site coordination issues, escalating critical matters to project management.
• Support procurement activities by reviewing vendor offers and providing technical recommendations.
• Lead testing, commissioning, and final handover of ELV systems, ensuring all snags are closed.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE regulations and conduct regular safety briefings with ELV teams

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical / Electronics / Communications Engineering.
• Experience: 10 - 12 years in ELV systems execution and supervision in large-scale construction projects, with at least 3–4 years in a senior/lead role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ELV system design, installation, integration, and commissioning.
• Standards: Familiarity with NFPA, IEC, SBC, and local authority regulations.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent coordination and communication abilities with consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Strong reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
