Execute employee services processes and provide support to CATRION employees in accordance with established procedures, ensuring compliance with Operational Level Agreements (OLAs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Validate the documentations for data change as needed.

• Conduct sample validation of employee letters i.e., transfer, promotion as generated from the system.

• Review leaves records in the system to ensure they are correct and up to date.

• Maintain the exit checklist and support the employee on the exit process. Provide the employee with exit letter and any other leaving documentation.

• Update data in the system for leavers in HR system and ensure their eligibility is entitlements are corrected recorded.

• Maintain the employee files digitally.

• Create certificates, declarations and statements for employees, authorities (as per request).

• Manage the end-to-end process for contract extension.

• Receive completed employee requests based on the annual vacation, training or business travel, consolidate and share with the travel service provider.

• Check employee eligibility as per the contract and ensure the system reflects the same.

• Conduct discussion with the employee on the travel request and finalize the ticket proposal and dates.

• Collaborate with the corporate travel account agency, review the invoice and partner with Finance for timely payment.

• Communicating policies pertaining to Human Resources, compensation, and benefits.

• Conducting exit interviews.

• Managing employee complaints.

• Informing employees about the company’s policies, ensuring ethical conduct, and handling violations against the ethics of the brand.
