JASARA PMC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage construction sites for our infrastructure projects throughout Saudi Arabia.
The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all operations on the site run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site activities for construction projects.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Manage and lead a team of on-site staff, including subcontractors and laborers.
Establish and maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers.
Monitor progress and performance against project plans and schedules.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure quality standards are met.
Prepare progress reports and keep stakeholders informed of any developments.
Resolve any technical difficulties and challenges that may arise on-site.
Manage site logistics, including material procurement and storage.
Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management or site supervision.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven experience in managing large construction teams and ensuring quality control.
Certifications in project management (e.
g., PMP) or specific construction-focused qualifications are a plus.
