Role Purpose

Operate and monitor the Winder Machine to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production according to production requirements and machine stability conditions


Key Responsibilities

  • Operate and set up the Winder Machine based on production orders.
  • Set knives and slitters according to required roll sizes and quality standards.
  • Monitor paper quality and reject defective paper.
  • Maintain required roll diameter and mark joints when necessary.
  • Support machine performance and overall equipment efficiency (OEE).
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and coordinate maintenance support when required.
  • Complete production reports, logbooks, and checklists.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards and participate in Lean Manufacturing & 5S activities.
  • Follow safety and environmental procedures at all times.
  • Support and guide junior operators when needed.


Qualifications

  • Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Mechatronics or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Winder/Rewinder operations or similar manufacturing environment.
