Objective:



  • Responsible for leading and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets, developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, responding to their queries promptly, and aspiring to deliver a positive customer experience. 

Responsibilities:


  • Prospecting andidentifyingnew salesleads through research, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Preparing and developing presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
  • Collaborating with presales teams to understand customer requirements and provideSales support. 
  • Generating high-quality sales leads, following up afterinitialcontact,securingand renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. 
  • Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluatingthe datato createnew salesand target customers.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and communicating these issues as well as possible solutionsto umanagement.
  • Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
  • Contributing to the company’s growth strategy through proactive knowledge of the assigned territory, including market themes, competitive landscape, etc.
  • Managing forecasts and lead/campaign execution with rigor and accuracy.



Requirements
  • Bachelor'sinComputerScience/business administration or any related field. 
  • Min. 5 to 7years ofexperience within the banking sector.
  • Proventrack recordin quota-bearing roles,including successful execution of complex sales and negotiations thatdemonstratea clear ability to hunt within sales territory. 
  • Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders in market data, business groups, technology, and product management. 
  • Proficiencywith CRM software, sales automation tools, and analytics platforms. MS PowerPoint, Excel. 
  • Successful sales experiencerepresentingenterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutionsfor banking sector. 
  • Ability to articulate the value proposition and ROI. 
  • Coordinating and completing RFPs and presenting to senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage complex sales with multiple decision-makers.
  • Ability to manage internal resources to navigate and complete thesalescycle.
  • Building and managing a Sales pipeline andachieving/Exceeding Quota. 
  • Matching Customers’ Needs with Solutions.
