Overview


AtkinsRéalis is looking for a Senior Project Controls Manager, in Saudi ArabiaThe Senior Project Controls Manager, must have a minimum of 15 years’ management experience, ensure that the project management function operates efficiently across the Consultant’s organization and with external stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Service Delivery Plan covering all activities, including schedule performance and deviation tracking. The successful candidate will review and manage each O&M Contractor’s operation and maintenance schedules against the Employer’s requirements and objectives, ensuring that each contractor and third party achieves agreed performance targets and key milestones. The Senior Project Controls Manager will also be responsible for developing and enforcing scheduling, document control, and reporting procedures, ensuring full compliance with contractual and operational standards.

Your role


Project Controls Oversight:
  • Develop and maintain a Service Delivery Plan for all project control activities.
  • Monitor schedule performance and identify deviations across all project phases.
  • Ensure efficient project management practices within the Consultant’s organization and with external interfaces.
Schedule Management:
  • Review and manage O&M Contractors’ operation and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure alignment with the Employer’s objectives and contractual milestones.
  • Track progress and performance against key deliverables.
Compliance & Procedures:
  • Develop and maintain Risk Management practices and reporting dashboards.
  • Develop and implement scheduling, document control, and reporting procedures

About you


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 15 years of management experience in project controls, preferably in the rail or metro sector.
  • Proven expertise in schedule management, document control, and performance tracking.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage complex multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Familiarity with project control tools and methodologies.
