The Senior Manager – Organizational Development (Development Functions) leads the design and evolution of organizational structures, target operating models (TOMs), and workforce plans for development-facing functions, including projects, construction, asset development, engineering, and PMO.
The role ensures that structures, roles, governance, and workforce capacity are aligned with capital programs, delivery milestones, and long-term development strategy.
The role provides portfolio-level leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, job architecture, and job evaluation for development and delivery functions.
It partners closely with Development leadership, HRBPs, Finance, and project stakeholders to translate delivery strategy into scalable operating models, role clarity, and phased workforce ramps.
The Senior Manager acts as a strategic OD advisor to development leadership, ensuring workforce readiness, structural effectiveness, and governance discipline across major programs and mega-projects.
The role operates under the governance of the Director – Organizational Development and is accountable for high-quality delivery, analytical rigor, and alignment with enterprise OD standards.
Educational Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
8–12+ years’ experience in Organizational Development or Workforce Planning.
Strong experience in development, infrastructure, construction, or project-driven environments .
Proven capability in strategic workforce planning and org design .
Experience designing structures for capital programs or mega-projects preferred.
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation capability.
