Role Summary
Responsible for leading and managing learning and development initiatives across all departments, with a strong focus on sales enablement. Designs and delivers impactful training programs to enhance overall employee performance, particularly in ERP systems and SaaS solutions. Brings solid HR expertise and a clear understanding of the sales cycle to support sales team effectiveness and revenue growth. Plays a key role in building and scaling the L&D function, identifying skill gaps, and driving continuous development aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct training needs analysis across all departments
* Design and deliver training programs (technical, behavioral, and sales-focused)
* Develop structured onboarding journeys for new hires, especially Sales
* Support Sales team development across the full sales cycle.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
* 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development or Talent Development
* Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System)
* Experience in SaaS or ERP systems
* Strong exposure to HR practices and employee development
Preferred Certifications
* Certified in Training of Trainers (ToT)
