The role supervises the IT support team, coordinates with business and operational functions, and implements ITIL-based processes to maintain service continuity, enabling smooth and efficient business operations in a fast-paced retail and warehouse environment.
4+ years of experience in IT or technical support roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and operating systems.
Solid experience with ITIL processes, incident management, and helpdesk operations.
Experience supporting retail, warehouse, or logistics environments.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
ITIL Certification (required).
MS 365, Google Workspace, and Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) knowledge.
