The role oversees preventive maintenance execution, breakdown response, operational efficiency, and safety compliance while supporting cost control and productivity across assigned regions.

• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with project managers and operations teams on equipment availability.

• Cost Optimization: Monitor maintenance costs and recommend efficiency improvements.

• Supervisory Experience: At least 8 years managing technicians and maintenance teams.
• Construction Sector Exposure: Experience supporting large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
