Description

The role involves managing relationships with clinics, hospitals, and dealer networks to ensure achievement of sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:


Promote and sell a range of dental equipment to clinics, hospitals, and through approved distributors.

Deliver impactful product presentations, demos, and training sessions for customers and dealer teams.

Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

Act as the subject matter expert for assigned product lines, providing clinical and commercial insights.

Maintain up-to-date records on CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts.

Collaborate with marketing and commercial teams on promotional campaigns.

Monitor competitor activity and share insights with internal stakeholders.

Ensure full compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Support onboarding of new sales colleagues as needed.

Handle and escalate customer complaints in a professional manner.


Profile



The ideal candidate for this role :


Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia with existing local experience in dental equipment sales with a global multinational or leading distributor

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.

Valid Saudi driving license.

Willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
