As a Sales Representative, you will deal with two main types of clients:

1. Existing Businesses (Operation & Expansion)

  • Block and concrete factories

  • Entrepreneurs entering the industrial sector

 Job Objective

Drive sales growth by:

  • Acquiring new clients (factories and new projects)
  • Building long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Providing tailored industrial solutions based on client needs


 Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with potential clients (field visits, calls, WhatsApp)
  • Understand client needs and analyze their projects (new setup or expansion)
  • Present suitable solutions from the company’s product range
  • Explain technical specifications in a clear and professional manner
  • Prepare quotations in coordination with management
  • Follow up with clients until deal closure
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients after sales
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to manage leads
  • Update client data in CRM system
  • Representing the company in exhibitions and industry events
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
