Sales Administrator - IT - Riyadh
Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, quotes, contracts, and other customer-facing documents.Ensure timely and accurate data entry and maintenance within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce), including leads, opportunities, and account updates.Coordinate internal approvals, documentation, and follow-ups for deals in progress.Act as a liaison between sales and internal support functions (e.g., Legal, Finance, Customer Success) to streamline deal execution.Track sales team requests and maintain administrative logs (e.g., pricing exceptions, contract amendments, order forms).Support scheduling and coordination of customer meetings, demos, and internal sales reviews.Help prepare sales reports and dashboards for weekly team check-ins and management updates.Manage and organize sales files, templates, and documentation to ensure accessibility and consistency.


Profile

Sales Administrator - IT - Riyadh
1+ years of experience in sales administration, sales support, or a similar operational role-ideally in a tech or SaaS company.Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Proficiency with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and productivity tools (MS Office, Google Workspace).Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.Ability to handle multiple priorities, follow through on tasks, and support a dynamic sales team with accuracy and efficiency.A collaborative, service-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative and solve problems.
