Description

Key responsibilities will include:

Compensation & Benefits
Align and translate compensation strategies into salary structures and programs.Manage internal equity, merit increase processes, and compensation policy deviations.Ensure compensation practices are competitive and budget-aligned.


HR Policy & Compliance
Develop and update HR policies referencing global best practices and local context.Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, and employee data protection.Conduct HR audits and recommend corrective actions.


Performance & Succession Management
Define and cascade KPIs aligned to business strategy.Support leaders in performance evaluation and goal-setting.Manage succession planning, leadership pipeline, and promotion processes.


Workforce Planning & Organisational Design
Lead workforce planning, headcount management, and labour budgeting.Oversee organisational optimisation and restructuring.Support recruitment strategies and hiring efficiency.


Market Intelligence & Analytics
Conduct market sensing and HR trend analysis.Enhance HR analytics capabilities internally and with external providers.Monitor competitive practices to inform HR strategy.


Change & Operational Excellence
Lead change management initiatives and continuous improvement programs.Drive compliance with operational excellence, health, safety, and environmental standards.Promote a safety and quality culture across the organisation.


Leadership & Management
Oversee HR unit operations including budgeting, staffing, and performance.Manage team hiring, training, appraisals, and conflict resolution.Support General Manager HR with additional duties as assigned.




Profile

The successful candidate will possess the following qualities:
SAUDI nationals ONLYReputable Bachelor's degree as a minimumCompensation & Benefits / Rewards ExpertOD experience highly advantageousMinimum 10+ years of experienceMinimum 5 Years of management experienceMust have exposure to HR Systems such as SAP HCM - OM/ SuccessFactors.
