Duties and Responsibilities :


As Residences Chef Concierge, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:  


  • I will ensure that all set policies, procedures, and best practices are in place and rigorously enforced.
  • I will support the Director of Residences and focus on the rejuvenation of the residential experience. Common area amenities, services, and products will be constantly assessed to remain relevant and in keeping with Six Senses wellness and sustainability practices.
  • I will work in partnership with Guest Experience Maker, Guest Services, Reservations, Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, Spa, and other outsourced approved third-party service providers to ensure private homeowners’/residents’ needs are anticipated and met for the overall smooth operation of private homeowners’/residents’ living experience. Leading in the planning and execution of services and lifestyle activities involving private homeowners’/residents’ and the hotel when applicable.
  • I will have a thorough knowledge of all facilities, amenities, and services offered by the hotel and residences as well as their location and layout. I will oversee the management of the private homeowners’/residents’ history and profile system in conjunction with the Reservations Manager/Concierge.
  • A high standard of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene, plus comprehensive knowledge of safety, security, and emergency procedures will be maintained by myself and all hosts in line with brand and statutory requirements.
  • Purchasing practices will meet the requirements of the Six Senses sustainability platform, while stock takes and storage assessments will be undertaken at the required times to ensure all stock is on hand, safely stored, and in line with Six Senses standards.
  • An important part of the role is to interact with the private homeowners’/residents’ and hosts in a professional, courteous, and positive manner and proactively seek feedback. I am responsible for an exceptional private homeowners’/residents’ experience from pre-move-in, move-in, and move-out. In the event of complaints, I will effectively conduct service recovery or charge our hosts to do so to the satisfaction of the private homeowners/residents and enter them into an appropriate system or similar approved software and notify the appropriate departments.
  • Interaction and communication between departments under my control and other departments within the residences are clear and effectively maintained to support the smooth running of the residences I will perform any additional duties given to me by the Director of Residences.
  • Oversee and curate arrangements for transportation, dining, wellness, cultural activities, private events, celebrations, and bespoke off-home experiences.
  • Establish, maintain and regularly review relationships with trusted local and international partners and suppliers.
  • Remain current with industry trends and best practices to continuously innovate the residential product and service offering with creativity.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the destination, regional and international travel, cultural experiences, and Six Senses properties worldwide.
  • Ensure absolute discretion, confidentiality, and data protection for all private homeowners/residents and guests.
  • Managed high-profile private homeowners/residents and guests (e.g. royalty, celebrities…), delivering culturally sensitive, discreet and personalized service while leading service recovery and resolving complex issues with professionalism, empathy, and authority.
  • Maintain accurate private homeowners’/residents’ and guests’ profiles, preferences, and service history within PMS/CRM systems and Residential Portal.
  • Ensure that all activities within my department are carried out ethically, honestly, and in full compliance with local laws.
  • Attend or conduct the designated meetings and briefings as instructed by the Director of Residences with a two-way flow of pertinent information and communications.

  • To execute the position of Residences Chef Concierge, I have the required qualifications, technical skills, 
    and experience in a similar or greater role in luxury and residential hospitality with proven results.
  • I possess a minimum of a bachelor's degree in hospitality, Hotel or Business Management and more than 
    three years of experience in a similar luxury and residential hospitality operational role.
  • I am a personally involved, visible, and proactive leader with excellent organizational skills, capable of 
    providing focused direction and continuing to establish the residence’s prominent position within the 
    luxury residences market. 
  • I possess a well-developed capability for strategic decision-making and a track 
    record of proven results in the areas of private homeowners’/residents’ satisfaction, operational
    excellence, host satisfaction, revenue, and profit.
  • In terms of building management experience, I have an intuitive sense of product and service quality, a 
    passion for excellence, and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of the luxury private
    homeowner/resident.
  • My financial acumen positions me as a business-savvy leader with demonstrated financial 
    understanding and interpretation of reports plus cost and inventory control.
    From a people management perspective,
  • I am a responsive, engaged, and interactive leader, capable of 
    building strong positive relationships with hosts that result in a shared vision of success for the 
    operation, demonstrating the ability to leverage shared resources, undertake training as needed, and to 
    manage through influence.
  • Technical skills include Advanced MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    I have an excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English. Ideally, I am also fluent in a 
    third language.
  • I will maintain a thorough understanding of Six Senses in terms of guidelines, rules, regulations, brand 
    and operating standards, facilities, and services
