Responsibilities
1.Responsible for achieving sales and collection targets in the given territory.
2.Responsible to lead a team of Area Managers, Sales Executives, Showroom in-charges and to provide guidance, support, direction & motivation for enhancing performance and improving efficiency levels.
3.To expand the network in the territory and also to penetrate new markets.
4.To constantly assess the competitors’ activities and to recommend suitable measures to counter.
5. To design and implement innovative promotional schemes as may be required by each market.
6.To organize necessary training programs for dealer salesmen and Company’s Sales team to improve product knowledge and selling skills.
7. To attend to all issues concerning dealers/customers and to ensure smooth business transactions.
8.To maintain very high level of working relationship with all the customers.
9. To attend to all consumer complaints and to take immediate action in coordination with the concerned staff.
10.To take all necessary initiative in launching various new products that may be developed from time to time.
11.To review dealer performance on a monthly basis and to provide feedback with an objective to improve performance.
12.To plan, organize, implement all activities for every market in order to achieve overall objectives.
13.To plan and expand the Company showrooms network in the territory.
14. To ensure that each of the Company showrooms deliver maximum sales every month and that the operation is viable.
15. To submit tour program and also sales report on a regular basis to the Management.
16.To adhere to the policies of the Company.
17.To conduct in a professional manner in order to project a very high image of the Company.
18.To keep abreast of the developments in the market and to plan adequately in advance to take advantage of the opportunities.
19.To keep Management informed of all developments in the market on a regular basis.
20.To closely monitor the progress of all hospitality projects in order to secure business.
21.Monitor the functioning of Area Managers, Sales Executives and Showrooms In charge on a regular basis and to appraise their performance.
22.To ensure every Sales Executive achieves their budgeted targets in terms of sales, collections, network expansion, new market development etc.
23.To assess the manpower requirement and to recruit executives in consultation/co-ordination with the Management.
24.To ensure higher realization for all products.
25.To be responsible for all special assignments given from time to time.
Requirements
1.Education – Post Graduate in Management
2.Experience – Minimum 8 to 12 Years
3.5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a regional or territory management role in KSA
4.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
5.Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends particularly for handling company showrooms, dealer segment & hospitality customers.
6.Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7.Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
8.Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
9.Results-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
10.Ability to travel within the region as needed
