An experienced and commercially driven sales leader is sought to launch, develop, and scale a B2B enterprise IT hardware business across the Middle East.
This role is focused on sales of servers, AI infrastructure, GPU solutions, motherboards, storage, and related datacenter equipment for enterprise customers, distributors, system integrators, and channel partners.
The successful candidate will be responsible for regional business development, direct and channel sales growth, office build-out, team hiring, and execution of the commercial strategy across key Middle East markets.
Important Candidate Profile
This position is intended for a candidate of Arab nationality with deep cultural understanding of the Middle East business environment.
Fluent English is mandatory for this role, and Arabic must be the native language or a fully fluent working language.

Compensation & Motivation
- Competitive fixed monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy for the Middle East.
- Drive direct and channel sales of enterprise IT hardware, including servers, AI equipment, GPUs, storage, motherboards, and datacenter solutions.
- Launch, build, and manage the regional sales office.
- Recruit, lead, and develop the local sales team.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities with enterprise clients, distributors, resellers, system integrators, and strategic partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiations to closing and post-sale account development.
- Build long-term relationships with key customers and partners across the GCC and wider Middle East region.
- Deliver regional revenue growth and ensure achievement of commercial targets.
- Monitor pipeline quality, sales performance, competitive dynamics, and market trends.
- Work closely with internal teams including procurement, operations, finance, and senior management.
Candidate Requirements
- Arab nationality is required.
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Native Arabic or full professional fluency in Arabic is required.
- Proven experience in B2B sales of enterprise IT hardware in the Middle East.
- Strong knowledge of servers, AI infrastructure, GPU-based solutions, storage, motherboards, and datacenter equipment.
- Successful track record in building or scaling a regional office, sales team, or business unit.
- Strong network within the UAE and broader Middle East IT ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed ambitious sales targets.
- Experience in managing, hiring, and motivating commercial teams.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
