Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Ventilation Technician

• Follows all relevant Technical instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Follows the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the Technical to ensure continuity of work.
• Receives the  work order and distribute it to the junior staff to ensure completion and effective utilization of the team members.
• Repairs and replaces parts, making adjustments, tuning, and lubricating, following technical equipment manuals.
• Follows mechanical designs, maintenance manuals, and ensures that assembling and dismantling activities are carried out effectively in order to ensure necessary alignments.
• Verifies task results and tracks operating equipments to detect possible problems.
• Uses sophisticated instruments of measurement and control to make adjustments and take measurements of vibration in mechanical equipment.
• Maintains a log of all activities undertaken by the team, in order to produce team activity report, periodical reports and statistics for management use.
• Complies with all relevant safety, quality, health and environmental procedures to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Education

• Diploma degree in maintenance

Experience

• 4-6 years of related experience
