We are looking for dedicated HVAC Technicians at both the Entry (Level I) and Intermediate (Level II) levels to join our climate control team. Our HVAC technicians ensure the comfort and safety of our facilities by maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems.


Level I: HVAC Technician (Entry-Level)

Focus: Preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and learning.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine preventive maintenance, including filter changes, coil cleaning, and belt adjustments.
  • Assist senior technicians with the installation of ductwork and HVAC units.
  • Check refrigerant levels and perform basic leak tests under supervision.
  • Maintain accurate service logs and ensure all tools/work areas are clean.
  • Basic understanding of electrical circuits and hand tools.

Level II: HVAC Technician (Intermediate/Journey-Level)

Focus: Advanced diagnostics, system repair, and independent work.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Independently troubleshoot and repair complex residential/commercial HVAC systems (chillers, boilers, RTUs, split systems).
  • Diagnose electrical and control malfunctions and replace components like compressors, motors, and fans.
  • Perform refrigerant recovery, evacuation, and charging according to EPA regulations.
