Job description

  • فرز السير الذاتية المستلمه حسب التخصصات والمجالات العملية .
  • إجراء عمليات البحث عن المرشحين المؤهلين وفقا للمعايير المطلوبة باستخدام موارد التوظيف المتوفرة. 
  • التواصل مع المتقدمين لمعرفة المعلومات المطلوبة والحصول على موافقتهم ومن ثم ترشيحهم لمسؤولة التوظيف . 
  • التنسيق بين المرشحين المحتملين مواعيد المقابلة ومع المسؤولين المعنيين في المقابلة . 
  • اعداد السير الذاتية باللغتين العربية والانجليزية وتنسيقها حسب نموذج المكتب. 
  • اعداد ملف للموظف الجديد بعد التأكد من اكمال جميع المستندات الخاصة به. 
  • التعاون مع مسؤول التوظيف لمعرفة احتياجات التوظيف والمشاريع المستقبلية.
  • القيام بأي مهام اضافية تكلف بها من قبل مدير الموارد البشرية.


  • Sort received resumes by specialization and field of work.
  • Conduct searches for qualified candidates according to the required criteria using available recruitment resources.
  • Contact applicants to obtain required information, obtain their approval, and then nominate them to the hiring manager.
  • Coordinate interview dates with potential candidates and with the relevant officials.
  • Prepare resumes in Arabic and English and format them according to the office's template.
  • Prepare a file for the new employee after ensuring all relevant documents are complete.
  • Cooperate with the hiring manager to identify hiring needs and future projects.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

  • معرفة برامج المايكروسوفت أوفيس
  • سرعة الطباعه باللغتين العربي والانجليزي
  • تحمل المسؤولية
  • المرونه والتعاون
  • يفضل سابق خبرة في مجال الاستشارات الهندسية أو المقاولات


  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Typing speed in both Arabic and English
  • Responsibility
  • Flexibility and cooperation
  • Previous experience in engineering consulting or contracting is preferred
