As you build confidence, you will gradually expand your scope, gain exposure to sourcing and screening practices, and develop a strong foundation in recruitment and ATS management.
Key Responsibilities Across the Talent Acquisition Function During your 8-month placement, you will gain hands-on experience across the primary areas of recruitment: 1.
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience Assist in scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Coordinate calendars and ensure smooth interview logistics.
Communicate with candidates under guidance to ensure a professional and positive experience.
Support follow-ups and status updates throughout the hiring process.
2. Recruitment Operations & ATS Management Learn how to use and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support updating candidate records, interview feedback, and hiring stages.
Assist in posting job openings and maintaining job listings across platforms.
Help track recruitment progress and support basic reporting.
3. Talent Acquisition Support & Learning Learn how candidates are sourced through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools.
Assist the team in reviewing resumes and understanding job requirements.
Support maintaining organized candidate pipelines and documentation.
Gain exposure to how hiring decisions are made and how recruiters partner with stakeholders.
4. Onboarding & HR Support Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation for new hires.
Support the HR team with administrative tasks related to hiring when needed.
Requirements We do not expect you to know everything on day one.
