We are seeking a Projects Manager to lead the execution of large-scale mixed-use developments in Madinah, with a combined value of approximately SAR 2 billion. This role will oversee project delivery end-to-end, managing teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure successful execution of complex, high-profile assets.

Description

Lead execution of all Madinah-based projects, acting as the senior on-ground authority

Manage two major developments, including a large-scale mixed-use hospitality project

Oversee project lifecycle from design through construction and delivery

Direct and manage Project Managers and external consultants/contractors

Coordinate with internal teams across investment, procurement, and operations

Ensure projects meet quality, cost, timeline, and compliance objectives

Drive contractor performance across split-package delivery models

Support permit resolution processes and ensure timely recommencement of works

Provide progress reporting to senior leadership and board stakeholders

Contribute to strategic decisions impacting project delivery and execution

Profile

15-20 years' experience in construction and development delivery

Proven track record delivering at least one full hospitality tower project (A-Z)

Strong site execution expertise is essential

Experience with high-rise (approx. 18 floors) developments preferred

Background in civil engineering (architecture considered with strong delivery focus)

Previous exposure to the KSA market is highly desirable

Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and large contractor teams

Comfortable operating in lean teams with high ownership and responsibility
