Urgent Hiring: Project Manager

📍 Location: Saudi Arabia, Dhahran.

📅 Experience Required: • Minimum of 5 years' experience in Saudi Arabia within the ELV/low current systems.

• Overview:
• We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Projects Manager to lead and oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of technology-driven projects within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams, ensuring the timely and successful delivery of projects, and driving innovation through the use of advanced technologies.

• Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of ICT projects, ensuring they meet objectives, deadlines, and budgets.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Team Leadership:
• Build and manage cross-functional teams including developers, IT specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams to ensure collaboration, efficiency, and alignment with project goals.
• Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.
• Stakeholder Management:
• Communicate regularly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects.
• Manage stakeholder expectations by providing status updates and managing any scope or timeline changes.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Risk and Issue Management:
• Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement mitigation strategies.
• Proactively resolve challenges and roadblocks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
• and Resource Management:
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
• Monitor project costs, timelines, and quality to ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and timelines.
• Improvement:
• Continuously evaluate and improve project management methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement in technology processes, contributing to the innovation and optimization of ICT services.
• Assurance:
• Ensure projects meet all quality standards and deliverables align with business needs and specifications.
• Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure the functionality of technology solutions
• & Documentation:
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, risk logs, and post-project evaluations.

• & Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or similar project management certification is highly preferred.

Experience:

• Proven experience (5+ years) managing ICT and technology-driven projects, ideally within a corporate or enterprise environment.
• Strong experience in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experience with cloud-based technologies, software development, system integration, and infrastructure management.
• Familiarity with IT governance, risk management, and security standards.
