تعلن شركة ( سيكلي السعودية ) عن توفر شواغر وظيفية في منصب مدير مشروع (راس الخير - وعد الشمال ). سيكون المرشح مسؤولًا عن التخطيط والتنفيذ والمراقبة والإغلاق الناجح لمراحل المشروع في الموقعين، مع ضمان أن المشاريع تتم في الوقت المحدد وضمن الميزانية المحددة وبالامتثال لمعايير الجودة والسلامة المطلوبة.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
إدارة جميع جوانب المشروع بما في ذلك النطاق، الجدول الزمني، الميزانية، الجودة، السلامة، وإدارة المخاطر.
قيادة وإدارة فريق المشروع بما في ذلك المهندسين والفنيين والمقاولين الفرعيين وموظفي الدعم.
التنسيق مع العملاء والمستشارين والمقاولين والأطراف المعنية الأخرى.
تطوير وتنفيذ خطط المشروع والإجراءات والضوابط.
مراقبة أداء المشروع وتحديد الانحرافات.
إدارة مخاطر المشروع والمشاكل التي قد تنشأ.
ضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات العقد والمعايير واللوائح.
إعداد وتقديم تقارير المشروع للأطراف المعنية.
