Project Controls Senior Manager

The Project Controls Senior Manager will lead integrated project controls functions including planning, scheduling, cost management, reporting, change control, and performance monitoring across the programme.

• Lead programme-wide planning, scheduling, cost control, and reporting functions.
• Establish integrated project controls systems, PMIS platforms, and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor programme performance against approved baselines, milestones, and KPIs.
• Coordinate earned value management, forecasting, and schedule recovery initiatives.
• Oversee change control, progress measurement, and performance analytics.
• Manage project controls interfaces across engineering, construction, commercial, and operational teams.
• Prepare executive dashboards, management reports, and performance reviews.
• Mentor project controls personnel and promote data-driven decision-making across the programme.

• Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 18 years’ experience in project controls leadership roles.
• Strong expertise in Primavera P6, cost management systems, and PMIS platforms.
• Experience delivering major rail or infrastructure programmes.
• Strong understanding of earned value management and integrated controls methodologies.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project controls teams.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication capability.
• Professional certification preferred (PMP, CCP, PSP, or equivalent).
