In this leadership position, you will oversee all project control activities, ensuring excellence in cost management, schedule adherence, and performance tracking.
Core Responsibilities Design and implement robust project control frameworks tailored to extensive construction projects.
Monitor and manage project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with project deliverables.
Oversee risk management processes, identifying potential risks and formulating effective mitigation strategies.
Collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders to facilitate communication and transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead the preparation of project reports, forecasts, and analyses to ensure informed decision-making.
Mentor and develop project controls personnel, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Drive strategic initiatives that enhance JASARA PMC’s project delivery methodologies and efficiencies.
Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
A minimum of 15-20 years of professional experience in project controls, particularly in large infrastructure projects.
Expertise in project management software, particularly Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and create effective strategies.
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities to engage with various stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of construction and engineering industry standards and practices.
