Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project, ensuring timely project delivery and resource allocation.
2. Monitor project performance against established KPIs, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending corrective actions as necessary to keep projects aligned with strategic goals.
3. Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies to identify potential project delays, ensuring proactive solutions are in place to mitigate these risks.
4. Collaborate with project teams to prepare detailed project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Facilitate regular project meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and foster collaboration among team members, enhancing overall project efficiency.
6. Prepare and present project status reports to senior management, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement, ensuring transparency in project execution.
7. Lead the development of project documentation, including scope statements, change orders, and project close-out reports, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
8. Support the integration of new technologies and methodologies into project control processes, driving continuous improvement and innovation within the team.
