Minimum Requirements:


  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
  • Strong expertise in project controls principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate project controls teams.
  • Proficiency in cost estimating, scheduling, risk analysis, and change management.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professional certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-SP, etc.) and/or project controls (PSP, CCP, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools for cost and schedule management.
