Black & Grey HRis recruiting for one of the leading food manufacturing companies in Jeddah. Our client is seeking to hire a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a meat processing facility. The role focuses on ensuring efficient production, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and leading teams to achieve operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, technical expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and QA KPIs; monitor audit outcomes and implement improvements

- Participate in corrective and preventive actions related to KPI deviations, inventory issues, and operational gaps

- Plan, monitor, and evaluate team performance; coach, train, and discipline employees as required

- Manage and review production KPIs in daily and monthly meetings; create divergence reports with action plans and timelines

- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment, ensuring adherence to 5S and HSE standards

- Oversee people, process, and material flow to maximize productivity, efficiency, and equipment utilization

- Ensure proper documentation and system updates (SOPs, process maps, work instructions, OJT plans) and train operators accordingly

- Assign tasks, track progress, and conduct skill gap analysis to support team development

- Support and lead internal/external audits, ensuring timely closure of corrective actions

- Conduct risk assessments and incident investigations (e.g., Why Tree Analysis) and implement safety improvements

- Drive operational discipline through regular audits, toolbox talks (TBTs), and refresher trainings

- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, labor laws, and local authority requirements


Requirements- Bachelors degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field

- Minimum 5 years in food/meat production and at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role

- Strong knowledge of food safety systems and quality standards

- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, KPI management, and process optimization

- Familiarity with traceability systems, SAP, and MS Office (Excel/Word)

- Proficiency in problem-solving tools (PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Diagram)

- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a multicultural team environment

- High level of integrity, accountability, and adaptability
