We are looking for a highly competent Kitchen Production & Operations Supervisor to manage daily production in a dessert and chocolate kitchen.
This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, disciplined, and experienced in production kitchens, capable of managing workflow, staff, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise daily kitchen production and ensure smooth workflow.

• Monitor product quality and consistency.

Requirements
• Previous experience in food production kitchens (desserts or chocolate preferred).
• Strong understanding of kitchen operations and workflow management.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
• Attention to detail and quality control.
