A leading Automotive Group in KSA is urgently seeking an experienced Procurement Director to lead strategic sourcing and procurement operations across multiple business units.
This is a leadership role designed for Saudi nationals with strong expertise in procurement strategy, supplier management, and commercial negotiations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead development and execution of sourcing strategies across construction, logistics, marketing, facilities, and operations
• Manage high-value procurement budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers and negotiate contracts
• Conduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and cost evaluations
• Identify and qualify new suppliers to enhance sourcing efficiency
• Oversee contract management, T&Cs, and change order processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement with business goals
• Lead and mentor procurement teams to achieve performance targets
Requirements:
• 10-15 years of proven experience in a senior procurement leadership role (Director level preferred)
• Strong expertise in strategic sourcing and supplier relationship management
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience managing large procurement budgets and complex projects
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills in English
