Job description

  • Collaborate with site planning and execution teams to forecast material and service requirements based on construction schedules and BOQs.

  •  Generate purchase orders and work orders in the ERP system (e.g., SAP) and follow up for timely order acknowledgment, dispatch, and documentation.
    • Sound understanding of construction materials, site logistics, and procurement lifecycle.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably SAP-MM) and Excel-based tracking tools.

    • Strong negotiation and communication skills with vendors and internal teams, high ownership, responsiveness, and follow-through discipline.
