Job Summary




The Performance Manager will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns across paid search and other performance channels. You will be responsible for driving measurable outcomes, improving efficiency, and ensuring campaigns deliver against client business goals through data-led decision-making and continuous optimization.




Key Responsibilities




  • Manage end-to-end performance campaigns with a primary focus on paid search.
  • Optimize bidding strategies, creatives, audience targeting, and landing experiences to improve performance.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with analytics, content, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on performance objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver performance reports, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay updated on digital performance trends, tools, and automation advancements.

Requirements




  • 5–7 years of experience in paid search or performance marketing.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Solid understanding of performance optimization, bidding models, and measurement.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
