Greetings From Mohammed M Alarji Contracting Company - Dammam, Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a Payroll Accountant to join our Finance Team.


Work Experience - 4 to 5 Years of Payroll Accounting experience

Education - Bachelor in Accounting/Diploma in Accounting or related field


Preparation and Execution of Payroll

  • Calculation of monthly salaries
  • Resolution of payroll related issues with HR
  • Tracking of employees advances
  • Monitor employees leave balances submitted by HR


Payroll Bookkeeping / Accounting

  • Prepare and maintain all fringes/benefits of employees
  • Maintain monthly/periodical accruals related to employees cost
  • Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules
  • Update general ledger and payroll files
  • Ensure compliance with governmental laws on payroll accounting (MOL)
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by FM


Finance Team Support

  • Support finance team to close monthly closing activities
  • Organizing and execution of weekly/ad hoc payments on bank portal
  • Support in liaising with external auditor in lie with people cost and other matters


IKTVA Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain employees related IKTVA data
  • Support in executing IKTVA audit

Skills


  • Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll
  • Strong grip/ knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Good computational skills
  • Attentive and particular to details
  • Good report-writing, communication, and IT skills.
