Black & Grey HR is partnering with a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia to recruit a results-driven Partnership Manager who will lead the development and commercialization of strategic partnerships that drive new revenue streams beyond core retail operations. This role focuses on leveraging the company’s loyalty platforms, digital channels, customer base, and retail presence to create scalable business opportunities across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with overall commercial and growth objectives

- Identify, assess, and prioritize partnership opportunities across loyalty programs, retail media, gift cards, and enterprise solutions

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of partners across lifestyle, technology, financial services, and corporate sectors

- Create and scale loyalty points exchange collaborations with banks, airlines, fin-tech companies, and lifestyle brands

- Design earn-and-burn loyalty models that enhance customer engagement and external revenue generation

- Collaborate with loyalty, digital, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth partnership activation

- Secure non-traditional brand partnerships for in-store promotions, digital placements, and retail media campaigns

- Develop co-branded marketing initiatives using customer insights and loyalty-driven targeting

- Monetize digital and physical media assets across mobile apps, websites, CRM platforms, and retail locations

- Lead enterprise gift card programs for corporate rewards, incentives, and employee recognition

- Manage commercial structures including pricing models, discounts, and contractual terms

- Prepare business cases, partnership proposals, and revenue forecasts

- Lead negotiations while coordinating with legal, finance, and compliance teams

- Track partnership performance, revenue growth, KPIs, renewals, and partner satisfaction

- Prepare reports, dashboards, and performance reviews for senior leadership



Requirements- 8+ years in partnerships/commercial or revenue roles, with 3+ years in leadership

- Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field

- Strong negotiation, deal structuring, and commercial acumen

- Experience with loyalty programs, retail media, and revenue models

- Strong business case development and analytical skills

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication

- Results-driven, strategic, and collaborative mindset
