Operations Associate at Ninja We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Associate to join our growing team at Ninja.
In this role, The Operations Associate is responsible for strengthening operational standards across store locations by identifying and closing operational gaps through structured analysis, and ensuring physical manpower on the ground is accurately aligned with planned workforce allocations.
This role acts as a critical link between operational planning and execution, supporting the Operations in driving consistency, compliance, and efficiency across all store sites.
Key Responsibilities: Perform structured gap assessments across stores by comparing actual operational performance against defined SOPs and KPI benchmarks.
Identify recurring failure points in workflows such as picking accuracy, order cycle time, stock replenishment delays, or shrinkage and document root causes.
Prepare gap analysis reports for Operations Management review.
Track corrective action implementation and measure improvement against baseline metrics.
Support quality audit findings by bridging the gap between audit observations and actionable process fixes.
Conduct regular physical headcount checks across store locations to verify that actual on ground manpower matches approved workforce plans and scheduled shifts.
Flag and escalate manpower mismatches to the Operations Manager with supporting evidence and recommended corrective actions.
Assist in verifying manpower deployment during high demand periods such as Ramadan or promotional campaigns.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, logistics, or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in operations or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Power BI, Excel, etc.
) Suite and experience with operational software tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Team player with ability to collaborate across departments.
