The Team



Norton Rose Fulbright Middle East LLP currently has two offices in the Middle East. The Dubai (DIFC) office and the Riyadh office in Saudi Arabia.



The Office Manager will be based in the Riyadh office and will have three direct reports as follows:



Public Relations Officer (PRO)
Government Relations Officer (GRO)
Office Assistant/Driver



The Role



The role reports directly to the Head of Office (Riyadh) and on specific functions to various functional heads in the Dubai office in particular to the Heads of Finance and People and Culture. The Office Manager will
develop, implement and manage the office infrastructure, support functions, and provide administrative support to P&C and Finance to deliver high quality support services and office facilities in the office.



The Office Manager will manage a team of people and be responsible for the office services budget as well as perform tasks which require:


  • Advanced skills in management;
  • In-depth knowledge of legislative requirements and practices in Riyadh;
  • On the ground operational management and overall previous experience and knowledge of the function
  • Provide direct, high-level assistance to the Riyadh Partners.


This is a senior support role that requires the incumbent to be a good communicator, able to work across departments/teams with confidence and personal gravitas and be influential at all levels in the Firm.
The incumbent must possess a high degree of personal effectiveness, be well organized and results driven, with a strong “can do” approach to their work, taking ownership for the delivery of tasks against targets agreed with the Head of Office (Riyadh) and functional Heads of Departments.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage office operations, facilities, supplier relationships, and service contracts.
  • Oversee compliance with local legislation, licensing, filing, and health & safety requirements.
  • Support P&C activities including recruitment, onboarding, visa processes, employee queries, and offboarding.
  • Provide high‑level administrative support to Riyadh Partners.
  • Manage and develop direct reports, ensuring effective performance, training, and resourcing.
  • Monitor office budgets, costs, and operational efficiency.
