Job description

Senior Network Security Resource-onsite


  • Mandatory primary skills : Datacenter  , Fortinet SD-WAN, Security (Palo Alto, Fortinet)
  • Secondary Skills : Network Technologies (Routing and switching),Symantec Proxies, F5 load balancers.
  • Technical Certification : CCNP or higher/ACI/Fortinet/PaloAlto/F5
  • Relevant Experience : 10-12 years of experience in the relevant technologies.


  • Extensive Hands on experience on the mentioned skills for providing operational support & Regular Enhancements.
  • Should have strong Troubleshooting Technics to handle P1/P2 reported Incidents. Able to identify the Root cause and work on Resolutions within the stipulated SLAs.
  • Able to manage multiple Environments like DC, DR, Extranet Integrations etc.
  • Experience is Designing, Implementation and Migration on the relevant field is an added advantage.
  • Should have work experience in multivendor technology environment.
  • Should have Incident, change and problem management concepts as part of operational support.


Detailed Role includes.

  • Troubleshooting the Complex Network and Security related issues of Tier 3 Datacenter Environment.
  • Handling the operational tasks related to Datacenter ACI network, Routing & Switching, Security solutions.
  • Managing F5 Load Balancer LTM,GTM,AWAF, Firewalls Managed through Panorama, External Entity Networks etc.
  • Working on Symantec Web proxies, Ivanti SSL VPN, Site to Site VPN, Forescout NAC, Security Incident related issues.
  • Regularly Performing the Enhancements and upgrade activities on the products mentioned.
  • Troubleshoot the issues related to WAN Technologies, dynamic routing, site to site communications issues’.
  • Should be actively involved in any major incidents, integration issues, design issues.
  • Work along with vendors for any ongoing implementation and enhancement projects.
  • Strong at Technical documentation, Presentations.
