Job description

:Key Responsibilities

Planning and managing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics ERP projects in alignment with the company’s requirements.

Defining the project scope and objectives while ensuring alignment with business needs in areas such as sales, inventory, procurement, finance, human resources, operations, and logistics.

Analyzing and understanding the company's needs and translating them into technical requirements.

Monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and proactively resolving them.

Conducting meetings with stakeholders to ensure goal alignment and acting as a liaison between technical and managerial teams to clarify project requirements.

Leading technical teams to implement Dynamics solutions in accordance with best practices.

Preparing regular reports for senior management on project progress.

Identifying potential risks during the project and developing strategies to mitigate them. Analyzing current business processes, such as sales management, inventory management, and supply chain, and proposing solutions to improve efficiency using Dynamics features.

Designing the system to support the requirements of Point of Sale (POS) and e-commerce.

Providing regular reports on progress and risks to company management.

Supervising the system customization to meet the company’s specific needs, such as automated quotation generation, supply chain tracking, and managing promotions and discounts.

Ensuring system integration with other platforms such as Power BI analytics tools, e-commerce systems, and payment solutions.

Improving inventory management by utilizing Dynamics capabilities to monitor stock in real time.

Ensuring effective tracking of shipments and goods in warehouses and showrooms.

Providing solutions to logistical challenges such as managing inventory levels and reducing waste.

Enabling managers to make data-driven decisions based on factors such as financial performance, sales patterns, and customer behavior.

Designing Dynamics solutions to enhance the customer experience across various sales channels.

Implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategies to improve loyalty and increase sales.

Managing the system launch in the production environment and ensuring its smooth operation.

Providing ongoing technical support to users and resolving issues promptly.

Continuously monitoring system improvements based on user feedback.

Keeping up with the latest developments in Dynamics technologies and making recommendations for continuous updates.
