Role Purpose
Lead all MEP engineering activities across project lifecycle—from design review, redesign, and technical evaluation to construction engineering support—for major building and infrastructure projects. Ensure that Mechanical and Electrical systems are engineered, coordinated, and executed in full compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and contractor execution methodologies.

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (strongly preferred).
12–18+ years of MEP engineering experience, minimum 7 years with a Contractor.
Proven experience in design review, redesign, technical evaluation, and engineering calculations.
Strong background in high‑rise buildings, towers, mixed‑use, or large commercial/industrial projects.
Hands‑on experience coordinating both Mechanical and Electrical systems.
Strong skills in MEP codes, engineering software, and BIM/CAD (as applicable).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving abilities.
