Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential risks, propose technical solutions, and resolve site issues promptly.
  • Support procurement activities by evaluating technical offers and ensuring material compliance.
  • Mentor, train, and supervise junior engineers and site teams to build technical expertise.
  • Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to project timelines, cost, and quality benchmarks.
  • Ensure sustainability and energy efficiency measures are incorporated into mechanical designs.
  • Represent the mechanical discipline in meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Essential Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
  • Minimum 10 years of proven experience in mechanical engineering, preferably in high-rise or hotel projects.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
  • Familiarity with CAD, Revit, and other engineering software.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Strong understanding of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
