Job description

We are seeking an experienced LEED Specialist with a minimum of 10 years of experience to support sustainability and green building initiatives for a large-scale CMS / construction project. The candidate will be responsible for managing LEED certification processes, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards, and coordinating with design, construction, and project management teams.


 Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage LEED certification (LEED BD+C / ID+C / O+M) processes from design to project completion
  • Review project drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure LEED compliance
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants on sustainability strategies
  • Prepare and submit LEED documentation through USGBC/LEED Online
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to approved green practices
  • Conduct energy efficiency, water efficiency, material, and indoor environmental quality reviews
  • Support value engineering while maintaining LEED targets
  • Provide sustainability guidance during design development, construction, and commissioning stages
  • Attend project meetings and provide sustainability progress reports
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, international sustainability standards, and client requirements

Required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Environmental Science, or Sustainability
  • LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP) – Mandatory
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in LEED / sustainability roles
  • Proven experience in large-scale construction / CMS / mega projects
  • Strong knowledge of green materials, energy modeling, water management, and commissioning
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and consultants
  • Strong understanding of USGBC & LEED standards
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Ability to work under tight project timelines
  • Familiarity with Middle East / KSA construction standards is preferred
