Job Summary The Workplace Effectiveness lead will support the Workplace lead collaborating with the COBU and City development team in the strategic design, construction, acceptance and continuous optimization of our corporate office environments.
This role bridges the gap between real estate, design, construction, and data analytics, ensuring that workplaces are not only functional and efficient but also adaptive to business needs and employee experience goals.
The ideal candidate combines technical delivery expertise (fit-out, construction standards, and “kit-of-parts” systems) with data-driven workplace strategy — using metrics, utilization data, and performance analytics to inform and refine decision-making.
Key Responsibilities 1.
Partner with COBU and Development team on Workplace Design & Construction Delivery 2.
Workplace Effectiveness & Performance.
Develop frameworks to measure space effectiveness, including utilization, employee experience, environmental performance, and cost efficiency.
3. Data & Decision Intelligence Work with the Data and Decision intelligence lead in your team and use workplace analytics tools, sensors, and surveys to collect actionable data.
4. Strategy & Governance: Contribute to long-range planning and capital investment strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in corporate real estate, workplace strategy, or construction delivery.
• Strong understanding of workplace metrics (utilization, density, experience scores).
