The Lead Construction Director (based in remote location in KSA) will oversee and coordinate all on-site activities for high end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and effective communication with project stakeholders.


Your role
  • Plan, organize, and manage construction activities for high end ultra luxury hospitality and residential projects.
  • Supervise site operations, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, surveyors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor progress and resolve technical or operational issues on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards.
  • Review and approve construction drawings, specifications, and work plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify workmanship and materials.
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to senior management.
  • Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in civil engineering or construction management.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
