Job description

We are seeking a knowledgeable and commercially driven professional based in Saudi Arabia to support the growth of our laminated glass solutions business across architectural, façade, and project sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Knowledge

  • Solid understanding of laminated glass structure, including glass + interlayer systems such as PVB / SGP
  • Knowledge of key performance characteristics:
  • Acoustic insulation
  • UV protection
  • Familiarity with laminated glass applications: (Facades - Curtain walls -Skylights - Balustrades - Flooring)
  • Basic awareness of laminated glass processing:
  • Cutting
  • Lamination
  • Autoclave process
  • Understanding of edge quality requirements and common defect risks:
  • Bubbles
  • Delamination
  • Haze

Product & Standards Awareness

  • Understanding of international standards including EN, ASTM, and BS
  • Ability to recommend correct laminated glass compositions based on project requirements (glass thickness + interlayer type)
  • Knowledge of testing requirements including impact performance and lamination quality


Skills

Commercial & Sales Skills

  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing capabilities
  • Ability to read project drawings, specifications, and BOQs
  • Pricing knowledge, including cost drivers such as:
  • Glass thickness
  • Interlayer type
  • Processing complexity
  • Competitor awareness and understanding of market positioning within the Saudi market

Project Handling Skills

  • Coordinate effectively with:
  • Production team
  • Quality team
  • Logistics team
  • Follow up on delivery schedules and project timelines
  • Handle customer complaints, especially technical concerns related to defects, breakage, or lamination quality

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Based in Saudi Arabia or strong familiarity with the Saudi construction and glass market
  • Experience in laminated glass, façade glass, or architectural glass sales
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills
  • Ability to manage projects from inquiry stage to final delivery
