 As a Key Account Manager, you will be a strategic partner for our most important customers in Saudi Arabia, specifically in the Jeddah region. This role is pivotal in strengthening our market position, driving category growth, and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial relationships. You will be empowered to make significant contributions to our regional success by leading strategic account planning and execution.


What you need to know about this position: This role requires a proactive and strategic individual with a deep understanding of the FMCG retail landscape in Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, developing comprehensive joint business plans, and ensuring their successful execution to meet and exceed sales targets. A strong ability to navigate complex customer organizations and build rapport at all levels is essential.

Job specific requirements:


  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in Key Account Management or National Account Management within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, preferably with experience in food or snacking categories.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving market share growth.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful customer strategies.
  • Strong financial literacy with experience managing P&L for key accounts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.

Travel requirements:


  • Frequent travel within Jeddah and surrounding regions in Saudi Arabia (up to 50% of the time) to visit customer sites, attend meetings, and conduct market visits. Occasional travel to other regions within Saudi Arabia may be required.

Work schedule:


  • Standard business hours, Sunday to Thursday, with flexibility required to meet business needs and customer schedules.
