Ninja is seeking a dedicated Inventory Assistant to support our inventory management team.
Inventory Assistant will ensure the accuracy of inventory data by performing regular and full stocktaking, identifying discrepancies, and supporting corrective actions to align system records with physical inventory.
Key Responsibilities: Carry out scheduled periodic and full inventory counts across dark stores & DC to ensure the accuracy of stock records Compare actual stock quantities with those recorded in the inventory system, identifying any discrepancies.
Record any differences between physical and system counts.
Note the condition of items (e.
g., damaged, expired, missing).
Ensure inventory zones are neat and well-organized before, during, and after inventory counts to facilitate accurate counting.
Adhere to all company policies regarding health, safety, and operational procedures while working inside the dark stores or stock areas.
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
Basic knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory software.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Good communication skills and reliability.
Previous experience in inventory or warehouse roles is desirable but not mandatory.
