About the Role

We are looking for 2 talented and detail-driven Interior Designers to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. You will play a key role in shaping the aesthetic identity of our residential and hospitality projects — from concept development through to final execution on site. This role suits someone who combines creative vision with strong project management skills, and who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.


Key Responsibilities

Design & Concept Development

  • Develop interior design concepts aligned with project briefs, brand identity, and client vision
  • Produce mood boards, space plans, material palettes, and 3D visualizations
  • Ensure designs meet functional, aesthetic, and budgetary requirements

Project Execution

  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent is faithfully executed
  • Review shop drawings, FF&E specifications, and material submittals

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Present design proposals clearly and confidently to clients and management
  • Incorporate feedback effectively while maintaining design integrity
  • Manage design timelines and flag risks proactively

Procurement & Documentation

  • Source furniture, fixtures, finishes, and equipment (FF&E) within budget
  • Maintain organized project documentation including drawings, specifications, and approvals
  • Liaise with local and international vendors for pricing and delivery coordination

Skills

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional interior design experience (residential and/or hospitality preferred)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3ds Max or equivalent visualization tools
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, lighting, and spatial planning
  • Experience managing projects from concept to handover
  • Excellent eye for detail and a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse project types
  • Good command of English or Chinese
  • Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC is not a must
  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
