Position Summary:
The ICT Engineer (E3-5) is responsible for leading a team of ICT and Security system engineers and designers to execute detailed engineering design, shop drawings, and network implementations for large-scale projects. The role includes reviewing network plans, operational schematics, and material submissions to ensure compliance with local regulations, international codes, Hill International standards, and client requirements. The ICT Engineer ensures that all design and engineering deliverables are completed within project deadlines and participates in value engineering initiatives. The role covers the design, analysis, and implementation of ICT networks, including satellite systems, data networks, fiber optics, telephone systems, CCTV, public address (PAGA), TETRA, IPPS, microwave systems, siren systems, and SCADA data transmission. The ICT Engineer provides guidance and support to site engineers during construction, installation, testing, and commissioning, while applying advanced engineering techniques and best practices. The incumbent maintains effective collaboration across teams, ensures adherence to Hill Internationals Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Occupational Health Policies, and performs other duties as assigned by the line manager/supervisor.
