Job description

The Human Resources Supervisor plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the HR functions within an organization. This position is responsible for ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall strategic goals of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  3. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
  4. Conduct performance evaluations and provide guidance on employee development plans.
  5. Address employee relations issues and mediate conflicts to maintain a positive workplace culture.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping the organization informed of any changes.
  7. Prepare and maintain HR reports and metrics to track departmental performance.
  8. Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  9. Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
  10. Support the payroll process by ensuring accurate employee records and timely submissions.
